CONTROL AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

Provide efficient and safe service as a Freight Forwarder under the guidelines of the current Legal Standards and established procedures based on the analysis and evaluation of risks considering security factors in Foreign Trade according to Standards V 06-2022 and Standards of Version 6.02.

For which we are committed to:

• Promote a safe work environment considering security measures in cargo handling and Risk Prevention in order to avoid acts of violence, drug trafficking, Money Laundering, illicit activities, corruption, bribery, smuggling, terrorism and others that could affect our operations, personnel or facilities.
• Promote compliance with the objectives of the SGCS BASC.

• Promote a safe environment free of accidents and/or occupational diseases by maintaining procedures that allow the identification, evaluation and control of Risks in matters of Safety and Health at Work.

• Promote a Management System aimed at offering quality services through established processes and the implementation of Continuous Improvement.

• Promote responsible use and ensure confidentiality of the information generated by our operations.

• Promote a culture of respect for the environment, through the conservation of resources, such as recycling of materials (when applicable), waste treatment and responsible use of energy.

• Compliance with current legal regulations in all operations generated in foreign trade, labor, tax, and all legal requirements that entail compliance with our operations.

• Promote continuous improvement in processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness of operations and satisfaction of our customers.

• Promote the appropriate use of information technology for the security of operations.
